Experience: Michael joined NatWest on the day Elvis died in various roles, before finding financial services in 1989. Left in 1997 to start his own business and joined PIL at the first opportunity in 2002. His focus is mainly setting up and running employee benefit schemes, although Michael also has private clients. His wife Denise, along with Gill McGinty, provide the super office support.
Family
Michael is married to Denise with two children, David and Laura.
Interests
Michael enjoys going away on holiday, spending evenings in with a game or two, attending the theatre and socialising with friends and family over a good meal, which he balances out with the occasional game of badminton or golf.
Major interests outside family and work are amateur dramatics as a Sainsbury Singers member, performing two shows a year, in which he is proud to be the Society Fund Raising Officer. Michael is interested in football supporting (controversially) both Oxford Utd and Reading FC, he is also President of Laurel Park FC and unofficial Girls section development officer.
