Our History
PIL was founded in 1999 when a number of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) decided to work together to create a company that focused on putting clients first.
Over the years the group has expanded with practices throughout:

Independent & Personal Service
As independent advisers, our advice is not restricted as we are not tied to one company or product. This means that we are able to advise on a wider range of products from a variety of providers and lenders. This enables us to offer solutions that are more bespoke to your circumstances, needs and objectives.
All of our IFAs are professional and friendly. We listen to your future plans and are able to offer a financial solution that will help you realise those aspirations.
Our advisers come from a range of backgrounds with diverse expertise which allows you to find the right adviser for you.
Team Ethos
A key part of PIL’s ethos is creating and maintaining a collaborative and cohesive culture, not just for our clients, but also for our advisers. Our advisers meet on a regular basis for continued professional development seminars to ensure that, not only are our skills and knowledge always up to date, but that we retain the personal links that allow us to work so well as a group.
We also arrange annual events where our advisers, staff and families can get together. This weekend takes place at a different location each year and involves a range of activities for all members and their families to do together.
We work hard to ensure that the family/team feel is developed from the core of the company and radiates outwards. It is important to us that our clients find us approachable and trustworthy as so much of what we do is based around our personal and lifelong relationships with our clients.
