Protection and Investment (PIL) is a company built by Independent Financial Advisers who wanted to create a co-operative environment where it was possible to work together whilst also retaining autonomy within their own underlying business.  The result is a Group Office that manages compliance, FCA returns and commissions leaving advisers able to spend more time supporting clients and growing their own practices.

Each month we hold in-house CPD days where providers come in and present market updates, new products and other industry insights.

PIL also holds several social events, including go-karting, brewery tours, summer and Christmas parties and a conference abroad every two years.  These events are open to advisers, staff and their families and are always great fun.

The PIL ethos is to support each other so that each practice can flourish with all members being involved in the direction of the company.  The result is a collection of advisers who have more available time and enjoy their work and the company of their colleagues.
